The last first-floor residential project of its kind on Pearl Street, Pearl21 embodies Element’s approach to revitalizing neighborhoods through design excellence and creativity. Element was undaunted by the complex web of requirements, regulations and limited land-use options on Boulder’s most famous street. Drawing on the firm’s deep expertise on similarly complex projects throughout Boulder County, Element and its partners emphasized efficient uses of space and scale, livability and upscale amenities such as rooftop decks. Pearl21 represents a nearly $20 million investment back into the Boulder community, and Element was proud to bring together the teams of contractors, architects, engineers and other key partners responsible for the success of this program. But don’t just take our word for it: 91 percent of Pearl 21 homes in Phase 1 were pre-sold prior to construction beginning. There are 17 units in total.
