One of S’PARK’s flagship gateway buildings along Valmont Road in Boulder, the Market building is comprised of almost 60,000sf (office and retail/restaurant space) and represents some of the most innovative design architecture in the city. Worksbureau architecture seemingly “chiseled” its form from it’s wood and standing seam metal “block” of materials. Market is now home to the regional headquarters for Splunk (Nasdaq: SPLK). Market was delivered to Splunk in early 2019 and is operational today.
