Alex joined Element Properties in 2022 eager to support new development projects, with a focus and passion for affordable housing. During his time at Element, he’s helped guide a range of affordable housing projects, including both ground-up developments and renovations throughout Boulder County.

Previously, Alex worked for Vail Resorts’ workforce housing team, led economic development initiatives for the City of Durango, and served as an aide to Senator Jon Tester (MT) in Washington, DC.

Alex earned a B.A. in Economics and holds his Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is currently a Board Member of TGTHR, a non-profit focused on ending youth homelessness in Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, golfing and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
